Victor Centellas Catasús
Born in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia and passionate about cava since he was 14 years old , when he started working in a well-known local winery. Since then, his passion for this world has not stopped growing.
With his entrepreneurial and restless character he has been in the management of several companies, but always having cava in mind. At first, he made cava at home for private consumption and for friends and afterwards, professionally. Since 2001, he works in Roca Gibert .

Winemaker since 1991 and linked to the world of cava a few years later as technical manager of different wineries in the area.
Elaborates our products with professionalism . With the patience and care necessary to maintain, year after year, the high quality level of our cavas.

Victor Centellas Medina
Since he was a child he has been in contact with cava, seeing how in his own home it was made in a totally manual and traditional way and, later, in a professional way.
Despite living so closely in this world, helping and collaborating in it, he studied and worked on other projects; until in 2017 he really considered the possibility of joining the family winery.
Finally, in 2018, joined the team with the intention of growing the business, learning the trade and developing professionally.
