At Roca Ribert we make traditional-style cavas, following the method that has been used since ancient times in the Alt Penedès to produce cava.

We use the classic blend, Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada , with a clear influence and dominance of Xarel·lo , the local variety par excellence of the area. And using only the harvest the year for bottling.

With this method we obtain intense and full-bodied cavas that are both fresh and very aromatic.

How do we get this flavor?

Coupage XMP

Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada, native and traditional varieties of the Penedès. Xarel·lo gives our cavas body and structure; Macabeo and Parellada provide freshness, aroma and delicacy.

+ 45% de Xarel·lo

We always make with more than 45% Xarel·lo. This variety gives us body, structure and the necessary acidity so that our cavas can carry out long aging and finish them in optimal conditions.

100% Brut Nature

Brut Nature means no added sugars or spirits. So we have the assurance that we only drink the cava that has aged in the bottle, without sweetening or modifying the flavor.

Vintage Cavas

We respect the raw material as much as possible. At Roca Gibert we make our cavas exclusively from the harvest of the year to obtain a fresher cava that better preserves the aromas.
