Since 1941 we have been making vintage cavas, with the optimum aging time and a marked traditional character.

HISTORY —
79 Years and 4 Generations
The history of Roca Gibert dates back to 1902 with the birth of the founder, Joan Roca Almirall. In 1941 the current cellar was constructed, and finally in 2018 the 4ª and new generation is incorporated to the team.
OUR CAVAS —
Brut Nature
It is our youngest sparkling wine, with an ageing time of more than 15 months.
It has an intense flavor, characteristic of traditional cava that has been made since antiquity in the Penedès.
It is fresh, aromatic and fruity, with a light and fast mouthfeel that refreshes and invites you to drink more.
Brut Nature
Sparkling Gran Reserva with a ageing time of more than 36 months.
It is a mature cava, with body and an intense flavor that integrates and combines with the characteristic sweetness of long-aged cavas.
Aromas of yeast, bakery and nuts. Fine and well-integrated bubble, good persistence in the mouth.
FLOWER MUST
We only use flower must: the highest quality, aromatic and fruity one.
OPTIMAL AGEING
We give the optimal ageing time, exceeding regulatory standards.
WITHOUT ADDED SULPHITES
When we disgorge the cava, we do not add sulfites or any other preservatives.
JUST DISGORGED
We disgorge the cava on request, so it reaches you in the best conditions.
