Our Reserva has between 24 and 36 months of ageing. It is an intense, balanced and tasty cava. Round and versatile, it is capable of accompanying and adapting to any occasion and combining perfectly with a wide variety of dishes.

Roca Gibert Reserva is an incredibly versatile and balanced cava, capable of complementing a wide variety of dishes.
It combines very well with dishes of all kinds, whether they are light or more elaborate; pasta, lasagna, quiche, empanadas, risottos, black rice and more elaborate or fatty fish dishes, such as salmon.
It is also the perfect companion for a table of sausages or semi-cured cheeses.
