At Roca Ribert <\/b> we make traditional-style cavas, following the method that has been used since ancient times in the Alt Pened\u00e8s <\/b> to produce cava. <\/p>\n

We use the classic blend, Xarel\u00b7lo, Macabeo and Parellada <\/b>, with a clear influence and dominance of Xarel\u00b7lo <\/b>, the local variety par excellence of the area. And using only the harvest the year <\/b> for bottling. <\/p>\n
